Cafe Luxembourg is looking for an experienced General Manager with at least 2 years in fine dining restaurants.
Requirements include: a strong foundation in hospitality and leadership, extensive experience, and financial acumen. A minimum of five years of management experience in a similar high-volume environment, and a deep understanding of fine dining standards and operations. Essential skills are exceptional communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage staff and guest expectations while maintaining profitability and service quality. This is not an office position with the majority of time spent on the floor.
