Maxime’s is the newest private member’s club opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.
We are seeking a talented Breakfast Chef to join our world-class culinary brigade. With four distinct restaurants, this is an opportunity to work at the very highest level of cuisine.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in fine dining, Michelin, or luxury hospitality
- Strong culinary techniques with a passion for quality and precision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A positive, professional attitude and a true team player mentality
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be working as part of an established culinary team delivering exceptional experiences daily. Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($28.00 - $33.00)
