Barista

Fellini Coffee Soho is seeking a skilled, professional and friendly barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a genuine love for coffee, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages to the highest standard

• Provide warm, efficient, and attentive service to every customer

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and café area

• Operate and care for coffee equipment with attention to detail

• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management

Requirements

• Previous barista experience (3+ years) in a fast-paced coffee shop

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Passion for coffee, quality, and consistency

• Expert knowledge of espresso machine, preparation, milk texturing, coffee brewing and latte art techniques - including dialing in, calibrating grinders, adjusting extraction times, and maintaining equipment

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Familiarity with POS systems
