As a Dishwasher at VERDE NYC, you play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that ensure our kitchen operates smoothly and our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your work behind the scenes keeps the kitchen organized, efficient, and ready for culinary excellence.
Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently

Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas according to hygiene and safety standards

Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks and organization as needed

Follow proper waste disposal and recycling procedures

Support the team in maintaining smooth kitchen operations during service
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar kitchen role is a plus

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards

Team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude

Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) is preferred
