Job Details

As a Line Cook at YEEELS Group, you play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that reflect our brand’s creativity, quality, and passion. You’ll oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards while contributing to the smooth flow of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality and consistency standards
  • Supervise and train commis and demi-chefs within your section
  • Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
  • Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of culinary offerings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end or fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills and deep understanding of kitchen operations
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work under pressure
  • Team spirit, creativity, and passion for gastronomy
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
