As a Commis de Cuisine / Prep Chef at YEEELS Group, you play a vital role in supporting our culinary team and ensuring every dish starts with precision and passion. You’ll assist the Chefs de Partie in daily preparation, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, and help deliver the exceptional dining experience that defines YEEELS.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and setup of kitchen stations before service
- Prepare basic ingredients (cutting, peeling, portioning, sauces, garnishes, etc.)
- Support the Chefs de Partie during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and storage areas
- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and positive energy of the kitchen team
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Basic culinary knowledge and passion for gastronomy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Reliability, punctuality, and motivation to grow within the group
