Job Details
You will work intimately with our Executive Chef Peter Hong to provide an all day service focusing on sandwiches, salads and soup. We pride ourselves on baking bread fresh throughout the day and putting together a flavor combination to support our bread and pastry program.
Ideal cook should have at a minimum of one year in a professional kitchen and is looking to learn and grow.
We are looking for an early riser (shifts vary between 6AM and 2PM) to join our crew.
We are open six days a week, closed on Saturdays.

A graduate of CIA (The Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park), Chef Won concurrently works as the sole proprietor of La Tabatiere, located in Closter, NJ. It is hailed as one of the best bakeries in Northern New Jersey.
