Bartender

We are looking for a Bartender with Server Experience in Crown Heights.

We pride ourselves on warm hospitality, fresh vibrant flavours, and creating memorable dining experiences. We are seeking Servers with Bartender experience who are passionate about food, people, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence and knowledge.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Provide recommendations, upsell specials, and pairings that reflect Safta’s cuisine.
• Ensure tables are set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Setup Bar prior to open

Qualifications
• Prior serving and bartending experience in a full-service or upscale restaurant preferred.

• Multitasking and Time Management –
Bartenders must handle multiple drink orders, chat with guests, restock supplies, and keep the bar clean — all at once
