Head Bartender

Blue Mezze Bar is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to join our team.
We’re a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and cocktail lounge known for our warm atmosphere, quality ingredients, and elevated guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and train the bar team to deliver exceptional service

• Oversee daily bar operations, inventory, and ordering

• Create, develop, and maintain a seasonal cocktail menu

• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks

• Collaborate with management to support events and promotions

• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality
