What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years in a fast-paced kitchen as a line cook

Skills: Proficiency in pan-roasting meats, sauteeing of vegetables, and warming of sauces, minor butchering of meats

Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others,

Passion: A love for cooking well, cleanliness, efficiency, accuracy in execution, and consistency
- Availability: PM availability is required
