Many exciting things are happening at The Dabney, and we are looking for dedicated hospitality professionals to join our growing team. We recently celebrated our 10th anniversary, marking a decade of commitment to Mid-Atlantic cuisine and warm, genuine hospitality.
The Dabney, Chef Jeremiah Langhorne's ode to the Mid-Atlantic showcases cooking centered around a wood-burning hearth. Since opening in 2015, the restaurant has been honored by the James Beard Foundation (Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic, 2018), the Michelin Guide (One Star, 2017–present), Washingtonian Magazine (No. 1 Restaurant, 2023), and has been featured in Food & Wine and Bon Appétit.
Ideal candidates will have:

A minimum of two years of serving experience (fine dining preferred)

A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality

The Dabney offers health-care benefits and observes the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. We are also closed every Sunday and Monday, providing a consistent and balanced schedule for our team.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($30.00 - $36.00) plus tips
