RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare batches of fresh pasta according to recipe standards
- Learn about the cooking methods and techniques employed in the kitchen
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure kitchen equipment and appliances are ready for use
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh pasta experience helpful, not required - training provided!
- Team-orientated and positive attitude
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills a must
