Job Opening: Part-Time Retail Attendant
Locations: Prospect Heights (Brick & Mortar) & Prospect Park (Cart)
Pay: Approx $25–$35/hour (base pay (includes tip credit) + pooled tips)
Base wage: $13+ / hr
About the Role
Retail Attendants are the face of King David Tacos, delivering a fast, friendly, and memorable customer experience. Our menu centers around grab-and-go breakfast tacos made fresh each morning—minimal prep required. Other offerings include drip coffee, seasonal drinks, beer/wine (bottled), and light assembly/heating of items at HQ.
Key Responsibilities

Serve and represent the brand at retail locations

Prep and restock for service, manage inventory

Ensure food safety and cleanliness

Perform opening/closing duties

Address customer and facility needs (indoors/outdoors)
Shifts Available (2–3 per week to start with opportunity for more):
Weekdays: 6:30am–1:30pm, 10:30am–3:30pm
Weekends: 6:30am–1:30pm, 10:00am–3:00pm, 9:00am–4:30pm
SAT & SUNDAY AVAIL REQUIRED

Qualifications - PLEASE REVIEW FOR ACCURACY

NYC Food Protection Certificate ( Plus - if do not have will be a requirement to obtain)

Mobile Food Vendor License (required for Cart – we’ll cover the cost)

Experience in food service or retail is a plus

Friendly, reliable, team-oriented, and efficient

Strong communication and basic math/POS skills
