Who we are looking for:

• Expediting 200++ covers with precision and accuracy to maintain a world class standard for best in category
• NYC DOH certification: Food handlers license
• Ability to work any station while maintaining a clean and organized work space
• Open availability 
• Strong sense of comfort with taking inventory and ordering necessary supplies 
• Experience in managing a large team
• Desire to learn about traditional flavors from Australian cuisine that inspire our contemporary dishes
• Self-starter with capacity to follow through on tasks
• The ability to multitask at all points during your work day
