Line Cook

Demo in the West Village is in search of a line cook to join a successful and respectful team. Our kitchen team values a solid work ethic and attention to detail. We are proud of our veteran leadership, and seek a staff member who will feel the same.

Our sister restaurant, Bufón, has just opened and in the midst of a shift in the team we are looking to fill a full-time position on the line at Demo. This job will entail 5 shifts, averaging 45-50 hours per work week. 

Qualifications
* 2+ years in a similar role
* Open availability
* Desire to expand skills while working with a small team
