Head Chef – New Restaurant Opening
We’re seeking a Head Chef to lead the culinary program for an exciting new restaurant opening. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the kitchen, values collaboration, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences through thoughtful, seasonal cuisine.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a creative, seasonal menu that reflects the restaurant’s concept

Oversee all kitchen operations, from prep to service, ensuring consistency and quality

Recruit, train, and inspire a talented culinary team

Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (Sous Chef or Head Chef)

Strong foundation in seasonal cooking and kitchen management
