Bar Salotto is seeking an experienced Part-Time Bartender with strong craft cocktail expertise and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume restaurant environment, maintains composure under pressure, and brings both technical skill and personality to the bar.

• Prepare and serve high-quality, balanced cocktails with precision and creativity.
• Provide engaging, personalized service that enhances each guest’s dining experience.
• Maintain accuracy in order taking, beverage delivery, and check handling using our POS system.
• Suggest premium beverages, wine pairings, or additional menu items to elevate the guest experience and drive sales.
• Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance our rotating and stationary cocktail menu.
• Execute daily and weekly side projects, including garnish prep, opening and closing procedures, and general bar cleaning and organization.
• Ensure consistent quality control of beverages, presentation, and service to maintain Bar Salotto’s established standards.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service during busy shifts.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• 5+ years of bartending experience in craft cocktail programs and high-volume restaurant settings.
• Strong working knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Availability to work day shifts on weekends and night shifts during weekdays and weekends.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• SERVSafe Food Handler certification required.
• Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
