The Beverage Bar Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of a beverage bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitability. With strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, they contribute to the success and reputation of the establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the beverage bar operation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Proactively engage with customers to promote special offers, new products, or promotions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen staff and management, to coordinate food and beverage service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in the development and updating of beverage menus
- Handle situations such as customer complaints, staffing issues, or equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively.
- Implement contingency plans as needed to maintain smooth operation during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or beverage service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly as they apply to food and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $22.00-26.00 USD Hourly per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
