Job Details

Essex restaurant is a New American Upscale restaurant known for bottomless brunches and phenomenal seasonal dinner. We are looking for line cooks with grill experience for dinner with at least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities include

cooking on the line
station prep
assisiting other cooks when help is needed
punctuality and a ready to work attitude

Candidates must have:

excellent knife skills
knowledge of basic cooking techniques
good communication skills
ability to quickly adapt to any changes
be able to stay calm and collected in any situation
