Job Details
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Recognize the importance of professionalism and respect and exemplify this in interactions with vendors and coworkers alike.
- Assist our departments in all aspects of facility maintenance including but not limited to bussing tables, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, deep cleaning equipment, removing waste, receiving and storing deliveries, and maintaining general upkeep of the bakery and production space.
- Ensure proper inventory and quality are maintained- recognizing that every day presents varying needs and adjusting work flow to meet these needs. Assist team in the receiving and storage of inventory up to and including checking orders with vendors, cross referencing invoices when deliveries arrive and putting the orders away.
- Maintain a clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing space in accordance with operations and sanitation guidelines.
- Follow tasks as instructed by managers and supervisors, ensuring responsibilities are met and, when possible, exceeded.
- Commitment to consistent, high quality work- communicating to your superiors when there are concerns that these expectations are not met.
- Communicate, collaborate and support all departments and team mates and assist in new hire training as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment and commitment to Breads Bakery’s values.
- Assist at other Breads Bakery locations as needed; ability to adjust and adapt gracefully to unexpected changes.
Skills & Requirements:
- Professional experience in related role and/or setting, preferred but not required.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving aptitude, and ability to multitask.
- Capacity to excel on a team or work independently.
- Ability to work early mornings, holidays and weekends.
- Ability to work on your feet for a full shift and lift 50+ lbs during the shift.
- Must be 18 years of age or older & authorized to work in the US.
Shifts needed:
Monday-Tuesday, Friday - Sunday
1 PM - 9:30 PM

- $17-18/Hour

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $18.00)
