Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, Pastis Miami, the expansive 8,000 square-foot restaurant, inclusive of a stunning outdoor space with an enclosed pergola, adorned by black locust, will welcome guests to enjoy exceptional French fare no matter the weather. The interior includes many design elements that the original location is known and loved for, such as a curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, red banquettes, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors.
We are seeking a talented full-time PM Pastry Cook who is eager to learn and passionate about all things desserts!

The desired candidate will have:
- 3+ years of pastry experience in reputable high-volume restaurants
- Passion for French cuisine, classic techniques, and impeccable execution
- Experience in dessert, ice cream, and pastry production
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in plating
- Ability to multitask while maintaining the quality standards of the restaurant

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $23.00)
