Job Details
Smoke Jazz Club is looking for a bartender. Speed, accuracy, and the ability to stay calm with high volume service necessary! Experience with a pre-theater style of service is a plus!
Applicants must be available to work throughout the month of December, our busiest time.
Bartender Experience
- A minimum 2 years of experience in a high volume environment.
- Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays.
- Strong knowledge in food, wine, and spirits.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and stay calm and focused.
- Good communication skills - we work as a team here, and we are nice. Please be nice, too.
- A friendly and outgoing demeanor that makes guests feel welcome.
- Basic POS Skills
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
- A flexible schedule. We appreciate work-life balance, but we also have longer shifts on the weekends and are open for holidays.
- A professional attitude and a polished appearance.
- Food Handler's License and ServSafe a plus!
In addition, all employees must be the legal age to serve liquor!
