The Role
FREVO is seeking a Floor Manager with a deep passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within a small, dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in creative environments, balancing meticulous service standards with an authentic, human touch. The Floor Manager will play a central role in maintaining FREVO’s seamless guest experience, while mentoring the front-of-house team and collaborating closely with management, the kitchen, and the sommelier teams.
Responsibilities

Assist the management team in leading and mentoring the front-of-house team with a focus on consistency and finesse.

Ensure smooth daily service and an exceptional guest experience. Find creative new ways to improve the guest experience.

Collaborate with the kitchen and sommelier teams to deliver a cohesive story.

Manage reservations, guest notes, and service pacing.

Maintain operational standards and closing procedures. Find creative new ways of improving the employee experience (training, feedback, evaluation).
Qualifications

2+ years of leadership or similar position in fine dining

Strong service knowledge. Solid knowledge of wine.

Excellent communication and organization

Calm under pressure, curious, and guest-focused
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
