CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME (2-3 Shifts per week, possibility to increase in the future)
Frevo is a Michelin Star restaurant concealed behind an Art Gallery. Featuring an exclusive 16-seat counter that offers an intimate dining experience overlooking the chef’s work in an open kitchen setting.
Two tables accommodating up to six guests are also available for larger parties.
Frevo is seeking a restaurant professional for our Server Assistant position.
Requirements
- 1+ years serving in fine-dining restaurants, Michelin-awarded or similar grade.
- The ideal candidate has experience with busser and runner tasks and is looking to improve and learn more about food and wine service.
- Comfortable talking with guests and explaining complex dishes.
- Comfortable pouring beverages.
- Fast and efficient polishing of fragile glassware and cutlery.
- Excellent presentation.
- Excellent Guest Relations skills, able to engage and show enthusiasm while interacting with guests.
- Positive attitude, careful attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent cleaning and organization skills.
- Willing to learn and improve.

- 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM on most days.
- Full Hour Paid - 16.5 Dollars per Hour + Tips (Current Average Estimate $260 per shift) Excellent Compensation.
