About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This position plays a key role in executing dinner service for our a la carte restaurants, member events, and private functions. Ideal candidates are those who take pride in consistency, organization, and craftsmanship, and who are eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items for dinner service and events to the Club’s high standards.
- Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for service.
- Cook and plate dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Assist in the production of sauces, stocks, and menu prep as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on specials and seasonal features.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience or recent culinary school graduate.
- Strong knife skills and a solid foundation in classical and modern cooking techniques.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- ServeSafe Certification or willingness to obtain.
