About Sacre Sucre
Sacre Sucre is a Baltimore-based pâtisserie and café specializing in French-inspired pastries, viennoiserie, and artisan breads. We’re expanding our brunch and breakfast program and looking for dedicated cooks who value quality, consistency, and teamwork.
Position Overview
The Breakfast Cook supports our hot line operations, focusing on breakfast and brunch service. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a passion for precise execution. You’ll work closely with Chef Manuel and the Grill Lead Cook to deliver a refined yet approachable breakfast menu that aligns with Sacre Sucre’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities

Execute breakfast and brunch menu items to specification and quality standards

Prepare and maintain mise en place for daily service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen areas

Assist with prep, grill work, and plating as needed

Communicate effectively with BOH and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements

1–2 years of professional kitchen experience (breakfast or grill preferred)

Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask during high-volume service

Availability for early mornings and weekends

Reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn new techniques

Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workstation
Compensation & Schedule

Hourly Rate: $17–$20/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time with early morning start times and weekend availability required
