we are seeking a full time line cook who can join our small back of house crew

essential duties include (but are not limited to):

• responsible for multiple aspects of kitchen operations including, but not limited to, preparation, cooking, and portioning of food.
• ability to effectively open and close the kitchen in a timely and clean manner.
• Properly using kitchen equipment including, but not limited to fryers, blenders, food processors, steamers, etc)
• a familiarity with common allergens and dietary restrictions.
• able to communicate and work effectively with managers and ownership.
• maintain a high level of consistency and quality as set by ownership
• maintain cleanliness in accordance with the Health Department and restaurant standards.
• putting away orders and keeping all storage spaces organized and tidy.
