As a Food Runner/Busser, you have a strong passion for guest service, food, technique, and an eagerness to learn more, which comes with the opportunity to build on your skills and grow. The ideal candidate is friendly, curious, and devoted to becoming an integral member of a team that values hard work and attention to every detail.
The ideal candidate should have 2 years of high volume, NYC experience and should be able to:
- Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply areas to serving counters.
- Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove trash.
- Run food from kitchen to the dining room/outdoor patio.
- Communicate effectively with FOH Team to ensure great service.
- Effectively participates in a professionally run service period, ensuring excellence in service, timing, plate assembly, and communication.
- Maintain a calm mental athleticism while simultaneously bridging communications from our kitchen team to our FOH team.

1+ years in a Runner/Busser position at a full-service restaurant, or similar experience

Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
