Position Overview
The Floor Manager supports the General Manager in day-to-day front-of-house operations, helping lead service with confidence, warmth, and precision. This role is hands-on and highly visible—keeping the floor running smoothly, communication clear, and guests happy from open to close.
Responsibilities

Support the GM in managing daily FOH operations and service flow

Lead and motivate servers, bartenders, and hosts during service

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar to maintain pace and quality

Jump in where needed to support service and uphold standards

Assist with scheduling, training, and team development

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care

Participate in opening, closing, and cash-out procedures
Qualifications
-
2+ years in a leadership or floor support role in a high-volume restaurant

Strong communicator and natural team motivator

Calm, confident presence during busy service

Organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented

Nights, weekends, and holidays availability required
