Two Cookies is NYC’s newest cookie spot, a fun and fast-growing dessert concept blending warm, fresh-baked cookies with an energetic, community vibe. We’re looking for outgoing, reliable people to join our launch team as Cookie Ambassadors — the face of our shop and the ones who make every customer’s day sweeter.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with energy and positivity.
- Run our POS system and handle transactions smoothly.
- Package cookies (singles, doubles, and boxes) with care and presentation in mind.
- Upsell packs and specials — make sure every guest leaves with more cookies than they planned.
- Keep the shop clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times.
- Be part of building something new and exciting in the neighborhood.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, upbeat personality with strong customer service skills.
- Reliability — you show up on time, every time.
- Comfort in a fast-paced food service or retail environment.
- Team player attitude; willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Food service experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right people.
