We’re Hiring: Chef de Partie – Michelin Guide Fine Dining Restaurant (HED11)

Join hed11, a Michelin Guide–recognized fine dining restaurant offering an 11-course tasting menu that celebrates creativity, precision, and passion. We’re looking for a Chef de Partie with at least 3+ years of experience in fine dining to be part of our growing, next-generation culinary team.

If you have a strong foundation in modern gastronomy and knowledge of Asian or Thai cuisine, that’s a big plus. You’ll work alongside passionate professionals who value innovation, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow together in an environment that pushes culinary boundaries while honoring craftsmanship and flavor.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($24.00 - $30.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $450
