Key Responsibilities for Busser:

Assist servers throughout service to ensure efficient, attentive, and seamless guest experiences.

Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and neatly between courses and after guests depart.

Support servers by running dishes, beverages, and additional items to tables as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including chairs, floors, and service stations.

Refill water, replace napkins, and respond promptly to guest or server requests.

Polish and restock utensils, glassware, and plates to ensure readiness for each seating.

Help maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, especially during peak service hours.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up, organizing, and restocking supplies.
Qualifications:

Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; fine dining or omakase experience a plus.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced service environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
