Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; report any shortages to management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Stay informed about new drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred, especially in fine dining settings.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must possess valid food handling certifications as required by local health regulations.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
