As an Omakase Server, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional and seamless dining experience for our guests. Working closely with the chef and service team, you will ensure each guest receives attentive, polished, and respectful service that reflects the spirit of Japanese hospitality. Your responsibilities include managing beverage orders, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, clearing and resetting the table between courses, and ensuring that the correct utensils are placed for each dish. You will act as the bridge between the chef and guests, helping to create a memorable omakase experience marked by precision, grace, and genuine care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, professional, and attentive service throughout the omakase experience.

Communicate closely with the chef and service team to ensure smooth course flow.

Present and replace utensils appropriate to each course.

Manage beverage requests, including wine, sake, and non-alcoholic pairings.

Maintain table cleanliness by clearing and resetting between each course efficiently.

Observe guests’ needs and body language to anticipate service without disruption.

Uphold the restaurant’s standard of Japanese dining etiquette and refinement.

Support opening and closing duties, including setup, side work, and restocking.
Qualifications:

Previous fine dining or omakase experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and guest interaction.

Knowledge of Japanese dining customs, ingredients, and beverage service is a plus.

Language Proficiency:
