We all love tacos, why not join a growing taco team! We're a fast casual taco restaurant focusing on traditional and gourmet tacos. We have full time and part time positions available.
We're family owned and have been operating for 8 years, and on occasions have private food truck events.

- Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
- Complete opening and closing checklists.
- Refer to Daily Prep List and Checklists at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
- Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen and property wide rules, policies and procedures.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
- Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
- Prepares item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes according to build sheets.
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Opens or Closes the kitchen properly and follows the checklists and prep sheets for kitchen stations.
- Complete any other tasks or directives issued by your Manager or Superiors in a polite, timely and accurate manner.
- Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $22.00)

Passengers- I mean, diners! Thank you for supporting a local neighbor and Veteran owned restaurant. Riding the blue line and hungry for tacos one day, is what originated the name and concept. I wanted to bring that city feel indoors with CTA decor, newsstand, phone booth, and much more. In congruence with our decor, we're offering both traditional and gourmet signature tacos!
