Our concepts include Roanoke (135 W Madison), Grill on 21 (208 S La Salle), Bandol (100 W Monroe), La Bella (120 W Monroe), and The 101 (101 E Erie) — a growing group known for great food, warm hospitality, and a commitment to excellence.

About the Role:
As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring a high standard of quality for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with at least 4 years of experience as a General Manager who excels at managing restaurant operations, financial performance, and outstanding guest service. You’ll inspire your team and foster a positive, professional environment every day.

What You Bring:

• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and systems

• Proven organizational and leadership abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift

• Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks required in a busy restaurant environment
