Led by Chef Jon Krinn and our passionate team, we curate each service with intention—where every detail, from the ingredients to the guest experience, reflects a deep respect for excellence.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished, professional Server to join our Front-of-House team. The ideal candidate is poised, knowledgeable, and attentive, with a genuine passion for food, wine, and guest connection. At Elyse, service is more than presentation—it’s an extension of the story we tell each evening.

Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through our tasting menu, describing dishes and pairings with accuracy and enthusiasm.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and Sommelier to ensure seamless pacing and communication.

• Maintain polished table presentation, timing, and professionalism throughout service.

• Uphold Elyse’s hospitality standards and contribute to a graceful, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous fine dining or tasting-menu service experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of wine, pairings, and modern cuisine.

• Warm, confident, and professional demeanor.

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

• A genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.

Compensation:
Servers are paid biweekly with a base pay per shift plus additional gratuity.
