Position Overview:
NA:EUN Hospitality is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to support the execution of social media strategies across our restaurant group: Atoboy, Atomix, and NARO. The Digital Content Coordinator will work closely with the leadership team at HQ and the on-location to create engaging content, maintain brand voice, and ensure timely execution of campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to grow within the hospitality industry.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience managing or assisting with social media accounts (hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency with Canva, Later, or similar scheduling/design tools
- Basic knowledge of content creation (photography, video, or editing skills preferred)
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content for Atoboy, Atomix, and NARO.
- Capture and coordinate photo/video content at restaurants and events; work with Graphic Designer(s) and photographers/videographers to publish content.
- Draft captions and copy that align with each brand’s voice and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages.
- Track and report analytics to measure performance and engagement.
- Maintain and update websites, Google Business, and Meta accounts as needed.
- Create and maintain an active social media calendar for all locationsResearch and evaluate social media trends, tools, and new technologies.
- Assist with communication between internal teams, external partners, and PR contacts.
- Provide general support to on-site management team as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site at restaurant locations as needed for content creation
- Comfort working evenings and weekends when events or campaigns require coverage
- Ability to use photography or video equipment for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs if necessary
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $35.00)
