About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Rooftop Director to lead the operations of a dynamic, high-energy rooftop concept within a luxury hospitality group in New York City. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing both the rooftop and a connected bar/lounge concept, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of rooftop and bar operations, including service standards, staffing, and guest satisfaction.

Develop and maintain a high-performing team, including training, scheduling, and mentoring supervisors and staff.

Oversee beverage program, including cocktail menu development, inventory control, and bar operations.

Drive revenue growth through creative programming, events, and upselling strategies.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing rooftop, nightlife, or high-volume beverage concepts.

Strong beverage knowledge (cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beer) and bar program management.

Demonstrated leadership experience in luxury hospitality or high-profile venues.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
