- Assist Chef and Sous Chefs in supervising BOH operations by:
- Organizing and monitoring BOH labor and productivity in accordance with business demand
- Overseeing food production at all stations and leading communication along the line to achieve a focused, successful service
- Assist Chef and Sous Chefs in upholding DOH compliance
- Supervise the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance routines and checklists
- Help identify areas in need of repair and occasionally supervise the completion of those repairs
- Lead the team with empathy and integrity and ensure strong, respectful, productive communication across all teams
- Work with the Chef and Sous Chefs to establish and achieve clear individual performance goals
- Ability to successfully expedite both lunch and dinner services when needed
- Ensure that food quality standards are met and clearly communicated to the BOH team, particularly when leading a service
- Have 2+ years of professional cooking experience with excellent production skills
- Bring detail and care to their work

While performing the duties of the job, a Lead Line Cook is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($23.00 - $26.00)
