Bartender — Tigre NYC
Tigre is currently seeking a Bartender to join our dynamic bar team.
Under the leadership of Managing Partner / Executive Bar Director William Elliott (Maison Premiere, Tigre NYC), this role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of New York’s most distinctive cocktail programs — a richly detailed environment defined by warm hospitality, precision, and poise.
This is a full-time position and requires flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2+ years experience in a fast-paced, cocktail-centric environment

Deep knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, as well as an eagerness to learn new techniques and recipes

Strong understanding of spirits and liqueurs — production methods, regional distinctions, and brand recognition

Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, and to stand for extended periods

Comfortable with repetitive motions such as walking, bending, and shaking

Full schedule availability required

Must demonstrate grace under pressure, openness to feedback, and enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork
Service Responsibilities

Provide a level of hospitality that is warm, knowledgeable, and sincerely attentive

Accommodate guests thoughtfully, ensuring each individual feels welcome and well cared for

Execute cocktails with precision, consistency, and artistry in accordance with Tigre standards

Maintain a deep awareness of service flow, timing, and pacing, adjusting attentively to each guest’s experience

Identify and communicate any issues to management promptly

Follow and uphold established steps of service and bar protocols

Lead by example in professionalism, efficiency, and composure
