Kismet Bagels is looking for a Full Time Barista / Front of House member for our Bagel Shop in Collingswood! This position is for Full Time. Our Shop is open 7 days per week, and we are looking for someone to work 5 days, 40 hours per week. The schedule for this position is FRIDAY-TUESDAY, days off being Weds and Thurs.
We thrive under pressure, have a blast servicing our customers, and take great pride in creating the same wonderful high quality product over and over again.
Our shifts begin at 6am with setup/prep. Shop will be open 7am-2pm and we are almost always busy. Between online orders and in house, it's very busy for the bulk of the shift, so be ready for that! Everyone works together as a team, and checks their ego at the door. No task is above or below anyone.
Previous Barista Experience is Required. Front of House training will be provided.
Compensation: $15 per hour + tips (weekly total average between $19-$21/hr)
