Our modern American prix fixe menu transforms with the weather, each chapter inspired by a different artistic mind. One season might echo Tarantino’s edge, another shimmer with Prince’s glamour, drift through Miyazaki’s dreamscapes, or delve into Tolkien’s mythos. Right now, we’re in the works of George Lucas
At Apero, we are serving up traditional french bistro faire, from charcuterie and fromage to duck confit. Both positions are available.
We’re seeking passionate, curious Line Cooks who want to grow, learn, and create. If you love the idea of mastering new techniques every few months—tailored to a pop culture icon—this is your stage.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute seasonal dishes with precision and flair
- Collaborate with a tight-knit, professional kitchen team
- Maintain mise en place and uphold cleanliness standards
- Adapt quickly to new menus and creative challenges
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of line cook experience (fine dining or creative kitchens preferred)
- Strong technical skills and a hunger to learn
- Clear communication and a sense of humor under pressure
- Respect for the craft and the team

- Dinner service Tuesday–Saturday 3pm-CL
