We are offering world-class, full-time opportunities. All roles require flexible scheduling and availability to work on weekdays, weeknights, weekends & holidays! 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS INCLUDE

  • Strong fine dining experience. NYC fine dining experience is also highly preferred
  • Provide attentive and quality service to all guests during their dining experience
  • Ensure the area is well stocked, and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift 
  • Participate in restaurant service and team training
  • Provide courteous and efficient service 
  • Respond positively and promptly to guest concerns and complaints 
  • Great communication skills and a willingness to engage with guests and team members in a professional and dignified manner 
  • Align with our commitment to our mission and vision of using local ingredients and inspiring a relationship with the table and planet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed guest's expectations 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to perform essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. 
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and climb steps regularly. 
  • Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.

COMPENSATION

The pay range for tipped employees will be minimum wage plus tips and a tip credit is taken when applicable. For hourly employees an hourly rate of $16.50 per hour, based on the position offered and other factors) plus tips* 
*The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to prior employment history/job-related, knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
