Assistant Café Manager — Cofax Coffee

Cofax, a growing brand known for our breakfast burritos; coffee, and unique vibe, is expanding our management team. We’re seeking a responsible, team-oriented Assistant Café Manager to support daily operations and administrative duties across our stores.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• 1+ year of experience in food & beverage; previous management experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative approach

• Experience with inventory management and basic accounting (ordering, vendor relationships, cost control)

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:

• Train, mentor, and support staff to promote growth and teamwork

• Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality

• Oversee daily café operations for our 2 stores and customer issue resolution

• Float between stations/stores during service as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

• Ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs regularly
