About Us: ANDAMIRO is a Korean casual dining restaurant specializing in authentic Gukbap (Korean soup & rice) with specialty dishes. We're passionate about bringing quality Korean comfort food to our community in a welcoming, fast-paced environment. We are expected to be opened in November.

Opening Date: November 11, 2025

Position Overview: We're seeking skilled Line Cooks for both AM and PM shifts to join our kitchen team. This is a tipped position where you'll be working at the counter.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Work at the counter serving and interacting with customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
Work efficiently during peak service hours
Assist with prep work and inventory management
Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Comfortable working at the counter and engaging with customers
Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a huge plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
