The Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced floor manager to lead our vibrant front-of-house team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love engaging with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this role is for you. You’ll manage a variety of services—from energetic weekend brunches to sophisticated dinner experiences—ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide our team across three unique dining concepts, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding guest interactions.
  • Manage Services: Oversee brunch and three dinner services, ensuring smooth transitions and top-tier experiences.
  • Ensure Excellence: Deliver exceptional service, communicate effectively face-to-face, and maintain accountability in all interactions.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our events and catering teams to bring special occasions to life.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in upscale casual dining floor management.
  • Proficiency with Toast POS.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating delicious, memorable experiences.

Schedule:

  • Work 5 days a week, with open availability and flexibility for 5 shifts between PM services Tuesday through Saturday and brunch Saturday & Sunday.

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
