A robust and creative menu highlights heirloom ingredients with a modern twist. Bright agave-forward tequila and mezcal cocktails dovetail with interconnected dining rooms, eclectic interiors and legendary south-of-the-border hospitality. Because at its heart, El Presidente is about the theater of going out. 

El Presidente is in search of industry professionals who are excited to be part of an established hospitality group that offers long-term career advancement and professional growth opportunities.  If you are a lead-by-example Sous Chef with strong culinary skills and the desire to lead and mentor a large, diverse team providing exceptional dishes with care and consistency- the team wants to hear from you!

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience in high volume, fast-paced, culinarily-driven kitchens 
  • Prior experience training and leading a large hourly culinary team 
  • Passion for training and development of others 
  • Attention to details of food quality, preparation, and presentation 
  • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands 
  • Strong written and computer skills

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
