Now Hiring: Host / Reservationist

We are seeking poised, polished, and hospitality-driven individuals to serve as the welcoming voice and face of Babbo. This hybrid role blends front-door hosting with reservations management, ensuring each guest experience begins with warmth, clarity, and exceptional care. From greeting guests upon arrival to thoughtfully managing reservations and fielding inquiries, you play a crucial role in guiding the guest journey and supporting seamless service.

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

Qualifications:

  • Poise and precision, with a natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
  • 2+ year of experience in a busy/well rated NYT restaurant as a host or reservationist
  • Familiarity & experience operating OpenTable or Resy reservations systems
  • Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
  • The ability to work dinner and weekend shifts

Compensation Details
