In-Room Dining Prep Assistant

Overview:
Join our team as an In-Room Prep Assistant and play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-room dining experience. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive team member who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food & beverage quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain strong knowledge of all food and beverage items, including plating details and allergens
• Review orders to ensure they meet guest preferences
• Keep the in-room dining station clean, organized, and fully stocked; complete all side work
• Follow all Department of Health (DOH) standards and guidelines
• Complete tasks assigned by management in a timely manner
• Pick up food and beverages from the kitchen and bar as needed to fulfill orders

What We’re Looking For:

• Barista experience required
• Food Handlers Certification preferred
• Food and beverage knowledge strongly preferred
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 50 lbs

Pay: $24.50/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
